Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic, progressive, and potentially malignant (precancerous) disorder that affects the lining of the mouth. It is characterized by inflammation followed by the gradual formation of fibrous (scar-like) tissue beneath the oral mucosa, leading to stiffness and reduced flexibility of the cheeks, lips, soft palate, and surrounding tissues.

तोंडातील व्रण ही एक सामान्य स्थिती आहे जी साधारणपणे १–२ आठवड्यांत बरी होते. मात्र, तीन आठवड्यांनंतरही न बरा होणारा व्रण दुर्लक्षित करू नये. बहुतेक तोंडाचे व्रण निरुपद्रवी असतात (ज्यांना सामान्यतः "कॅन्कर सोअर" किंवा "अफ्थस अल्सर" म्हणतात) आणि ते सहसा ७–१४ दिवसांत आपोआप बरे होतात. परंतु जो व्रण बरा होत नाही, तो एखाद्या गंभीर आजाराचे लक्षण असू शकतो, त्यामुळे वैद्यकीय सल्ला घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

Breast cancer occurs when cells in breast tissue grows uncontrollably. It's classified into invasive (spreading into surrounding tissue) and non-invasive (in situ, such as DCIS) forms, and further staged based on how far it has spread. About 66% of breast cancer cases are diagnosed at the localized stage (before the cancer has spread outside the breast). In localized breast cancer treatments tend to work best.

A mouth ulcer is a common condition that usually heals within 1–2 weeks. However, a persistent mouth ulcer that does not heal within three weeks should not be ignored. Most mouth ulcers are harmless (often called canker sores or aphthous ulcers) and usually heal on their own within 7–14 days, but a sore that doesn’t heal could be a sign of an underlying condition that needs medical attention.

Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is one of the most aggressive cancers of the blood and bone marrow characterized by the rapid growth of abnormal myeloid cells. These abnormal cells interfere with the production of healthy blood cells, leading to symptoms such as fatigue, recurrent infections, fever, easy bruising, bleeding, and weight loss. AML can occur at any age but is more commonly diagnosed in older adults.
