About Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
Guduchi, also scientifically known as Tinospora cordifolia, is one of the most respected medicinal herbs in Ayurveda. Commonly called Giloy in Hindi, it is also known as Amrita, meaning “nectar of immortality,” due to its rejuvenating and healing properties.
In Ayurveda, Guduchi is a powerful Rasayana herb, which means it increases the longevity, strengthens the immune system and enhances general vitality.
